Te Ahurei Toi o Tāmaki / Auckland Arts Festival (AAF) is an annual international celebration of art and culture taking place from 6-23 March 2025. AAF has supported PANNZ for many years and encourages delegates to stay on in Auckland after the Market to enjoy their programme of NZ works featuring performances from world-class local artists.
Q Theatre is a purpose-built venue for the performing arts in the heart of Auckland city. As a home of the independent performing arts Q's programmes inspire audiences to return time and time again. A selection of Showcases and Wheako showings are hosted at Q during the Arts Market.
Basement Theatre, located in Auckland's CBD, is a place that supports the development and presentation of urgent and adventurous live performance made by independent artists. Arts Market delegates are invited to Basement Theatre for networking and entertainment.
Equal Voices Arts is an award winning Deaf and hearing international theatre company passionate about inclusive and accessible work. They partner with PANNZ to ensure NZSL interpretation for delegates during the Arts Market in 2025.
New Zealand Music Commission promotes music from New Zealand and supports the growth of New Zealand music businesses – both culturally and economically, at home and abroad. They return in 2025 to partner with PANNZ for the music showcase featured in the Arts Market.
Across its history, Auckland Theatre Company (ATC) has nurtured new writing by NZ playwrights, investing in commissions and world premieres every year. This commitment to the New Zealand theatre vernacular remains the backbone of the Company’s artistic work. As an Industry Partner ATC provides office space to the PANNZ team during the Arts Market planning, and gives our delegates access to their works on stage during the event.
